Master plan for a new golf community project. The project encompassed a 268 acre golf course and 200 acres of planned housing development. The housing consisted of garden homes, patio homes, town homes and single family houses.
The golf course development consisted of an 18 hole golf course, club house, pro shop, practice area and maintenance facility.
